We are a close knit team of social workers, counsellors, office staff and Governance Group members who are passionate about ending sexual harm
and supporting survivors to heal from its impacts.

Social Workers
Our team of social workers are all registered with the Social Workers Registration Board New Zealand (SWRBNZ). Our social work team provide practical assistance and support for survivors of sexual harm.

Counsellors
Our counselling team are all registered with either the NZAP (New Zealand Association of Psychotherapists) or the NZAC (New Zealand Association of Counsellors). Our counsellors provide specialist therapeutic support to survivors of sexual harm.

Services Manager
Our Services Manager is responsible for overseeing our clinical staff and making sure our clients are receiving the best service possible.

General Manager
Our General Manager oversees the day-to-day running of the organisation and works to ensure we are providing high quality services to survivors of sexual harm and that our staff are happy and healthy.

Services Coordinator
Our Services Coordinator provides social work support, along with providing administrative support for the services team; including managing referrals and the waitlist.

Stakeholder Engagement Lead
Our Stakeholder Engagement Lead is responsible for engaging with our clients, community and stakeholders. They are responsible for communications and funding strategies along with policy work and supporting organisational level advocacy.

Office Manager
Our Office Manager is responsible for administration, resources, funding and finance and keeping the office running smoothly.

Justice Response Manager
Our Justice Response Manager provides a court support service for survivors navigation the criminal justice system, through advocacy and relationship management with core organisations (such as police and prosecutors).

Placement Students
We take on placement students from Universities throughout the year for Social Work, Counselling, Psychotherapy, Criminology and Sociology.
This involves both therapeutic work and research depending on the qualification.

Governance Group
Our Governance Group provide strategic and legal oversight of the Agency, ensuring we meet our constitutional aims in accordance with our Code of Ethics, Constitution, Values and Strategic Plan.
